In this session I will ground and center your energy, cleanse your physical and subtle bodies, remove energetic blocks, cords and stagnant energy that keep you stuck in unhealthy cycles. I will give you the tools to work through your blocks, to change old habits and ways of thinking that no longer serve you. I will connect with your spirit guides and other benevolent beings who are helping you along your journey and pass along relevant messages that I receive during your healing. Most of my clients like to book this session once a month as energetic maintenance.
